- Supporting regulation before teaching skills
- What screaming, avoidance, or repetitive behaviors may be communicating
- Common early triggers (transitions, sensory overload, demands)
- Building trust through predictable responses
Navigating Support
- Understanding the roles of different professionals (therapy ≠ parenting)
- How to choose support without drowning in appointments
Parental Wellbeing
- Normalizing mixed emotions after diagnosis or concern
- Releasing self-blame, denial, and "what if" thinking
- Protecting parental mental health during early intervention years
